Fernanda
Viveiros
Formerly the executive director of the Federation of BC Writers,
Fernanda has worked in the fields of journalism, editing,
publicity and publishing for over twenty years. A life-long
Steveston resident, she published The Steveston Phoenix, a
community newspaper, from 1994 to 2001.
Fernanda worked in legal publishing before
joining Ronsdale Press in 2003, followed by brief stints as
a publicist for New Star Books and freelance editor at Granville
Island Publishing.
Fernanda has served on the board of directors
for the Alliance for Arts and Culture since 2006 and is a
consultant to the board of the Portuguese Community Centre
of BC.
